About

Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care. In this role, you will deliver advanced therapeutic services to adult patients with orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions, helping them regain mobility, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and provide one-on-one, hands-on therapy that may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and use of appropriate modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, you will partner closely with physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, and case managers to coordinate holistic care throughout the patient’s rehabilitation journey. You will educate patients and their families on diagnoses, functional goals, and home exercise programs, ensuring they are empowered and supported during and after their hospital stay. Accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans in the electronic medical record system is an essential component of this position.
At Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be part of a compassionate culture that values empathy, professionalism, and teamwork. You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, including exposure to advanced rehabilitation practices, ongoing in-service training, and continuous learning and skill enhancement. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist who demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering personalized, patient-focused care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
