We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused ERP & Systems Access Support Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing user access across our ERP, reporting, and finance systems.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of user access, supporting joiners, movers, and leavers, handling support requests through our ITSM platform, and ensuring strong governance and a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, amend, and remove user access across ERP and related systems
* Manage incidents and requests through the ITSM tool
* Troubleshoot access issues and escalate complex cases where needed
* Support audits and maintain accurate access records
* Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
About You
Essential: âś” Experience administering users in ERP or enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Sage, Unit4 or similar) âś” Experience using ITSM tools and managing support tickets âś” Understanding of role-based access and provisioning principles âś” Strong attention to detail and communication skills
