About
As part of the Device Technology team, you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will use your expertise to solve complex problems and find unique solutions. 4+ years with good knowledge of testing and developing mobile apps using android/java. Bachelors degree (Four year degree) in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, Android Studio, Continuous integrations, Gradle builds. Experienced in Writing test plans, executing test cases, debug issues for Mobile Android App Development. Be adept at rapid android and java base prototyping using Android Studio for mobile apps. Basic understanding of Android framework and Android modules (Activity, Service, IPC, ContentProvider etc) in order to support prototype development Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Familiarity with continuous integration. Additional Test skill support includes: Automation testing using any of these tools like Espresso, robotium, Appium, Calabash etc.
