About
Deliver practical and classroom training to new and existing Blow Mould Technicians. Coach colleagues on safe machine operation, start-up/shut-down, and quality checks. Support onboarding and maintain up-to-date training and competency records. Work with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and plan development. Help improve training processes and support continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Bring
Experience training or coaching in a manufacturing/technical environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence working on the shop floor. Train-the-Trainer certification (essential). Blow Moulding or plastics manufacturing experience (advantageous). IOSH or L&D qualifications (nice to have).
