divh2Agent Support Associate/h2pThis personal will be responsible for supporting Life Agent Success Manager and Marketer with sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. In this role he/she will track and manage to weekly KPIs including phone times, new agent follow up, activation rates and number of contracted agents specifically set for them./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliSupport the Agent Success Manager and Marketer in driving agent performance and sales growth./liliAssist agents with life illustrations, basic underwriting, and case design as needed./liliCoordinate agent contracting and commission communications within the office./liliConduct outbound calls to agents to promote marketing campaigns and initiatives./liliCommunicate with carriers to obtain product details, underwriting guidance, and sales support./liliDeliver marketing and sales support to agents and agencies to enhance their success./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies for long-term growth./liliDevelop a thorough understanding of supported carriers and products to effectively educate agents./liliContribute input on new products and sales processes to improve business operations./liliAchieve weekly KPIs, collaborate with team members and departments, and pursue ongoing industry education./liliPerform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team./li/ulh3Primary Skills Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School degree or GED/lili0-2 years of sales experience or other related experience/liliPrevious Insurance or financial experience is preferred/liliDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology tools./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor./liliExceptional customer service abilities, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently./liliOrganized multitasker, able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment./liliExperience presenting sales and training materials to large groups in person, by phone, or via online platforms, and able to collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently./li/ulpIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
