Downtown Flavortown isn't just a restaurant it's a full-blown experience brought to life by Guy Fieri! From mouthwatering eats to an electric arcade, bowling, tiki bar, and retail that's just as bold as the flavor we're serving up FUN from the front door to the exit sign.

We're looking for Retail Associates who are ready to bring BIG smiles, high energy, and top-notch guest service to the retail floor. If you're the kind of person who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and guide guests like a rockstar the moment they walk in
• Answer product questions and give recommendations like a pro
• Cross-sell and upsell to help guests find more to love
• Keep your area clean, merch looking fresh, and racks fully stocked
• Handle returns and exchanges with a helpful, positive attitude
• Let customers know about hot deals and limited time offers
• Create a shopping experience that's as memorable as it is fun

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have great energy and love talking with people
• Have at least six months customer service experience
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and love a tidy display
• Are at least 16 years of age and can work nights, weekends, and holidays (because that's when the party's happening)
