Interview: Video Visa: USC, GC This is hybrid from day-1 (Need local candidates) Job Description: 5+ years in data science or machine learning, ideally with progression 5+ into senior/lead roles Hands-on experience tuning, fine-tuning, or adapting LLMs and transformer-based models Strong experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks Experience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud or hybrid) Advanced Python expertise (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, transformers, etc.) Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including embeddings and text data Familiarity with MLOps concepts (ML pipelines, version control, containerization, model monitoring)
