About

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Salesforce Solutions Developer to join our client's growing team. This role will focus on developing, configuring, and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem across both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, helping drive business efficiency, automation, reporting, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver scalable solutions, improve existing platform capabilities, and support ongoing system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce development activities from solution design through deployment Build and maintain configuration-first solutions to address business requirements Design and implement complex technical solutions, integrations, and automations Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Support UI development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Work with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations Create and manage Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, Assets, and Data Extensions Promote and implement advanced platform capabilities including automation, workflows, AI features, and forms Improve and optimise existing customisations while reducing technical debt Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making Analyse data and provide meaningful metrics for operational and strategic use Support enhancement projects including configuration, permissions, and security-related tasks Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions Test, validate, document, and deploy system changes Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and supporting technical materials Provide guidance and informal mentorship to team members where appropriate Stay up to date with Salesforce platform developments and recommend improvements Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Salesforce-focused role Experience working with both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce development and platform capabilities Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and web service integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Well-organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to work Benefits: Work From Home
