• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with dealership software or DMS systems is a plus

The California annual pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
