It may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or performance-based incentives./liliGeneral Description of Benefits: ulliHealth Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance./liliRetirement: 401(k)/liliPaid Time Off: 10 days of vacation during year one, flexible paid time off starting in year two, and sick leave accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked./liliOther Fringe Benefits: Life insurance, disability insurance, and professional development opportunities./li/ul/li/ulpKey Job Objectives Results (KPIs)/ppObjective #1: Sell Arthrex product to achieve territory sales goals/ppTarget new HCP/Admin customers, upgrade opportunities and current customer expansion opportunities/ppDevelop sales strategy and prepare/rehearse for sales activity with TSM/PSM/ppConduct office/clinic based sales calls, lunches, dinners, local labs, product demos, in-services and other sales activities with HCP/Administrative Customers/ppUtilize and Maintain CRM to track opportunity progress, wins or losses/ppSell Arthrex educational courses and drive customer attendance to Arthrex courses and Single Day Labs/ppAsk for the Business/ppObjective #2: Provide excellent customer service to every customer in territory/ppBehave and Communicate (written and verbal) in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with team and customers/ppDemonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and situational awareness when interacting with team and customers/ppPursue the highest degree of understanding of Arthrex products, relevant clinical information associated with Arthrex products and how they compare to competitive products/ppBe present and positively engaged while supporting procedures and case coverage/ppUnderstand and Exceed Customer expectations for communication, inventory management, delivery/retrieval of product, and billing to include prompt PO acquisition/ppObjective #3: Support territory logistics and operations to effectively manage inventory/ppUnderstand and utilize agency inventory management resources/ppAcquire complete understanding of assets available in territory office and accounts/ppEnsure product/sets are delivered and retrieved in their entirety with all components accounted for/ppMaintain territory office inventory par levels and ensure sets are restocked in a timely fashion/ppPromptly ship available requested sets to requesting Invictus territories/ppObtain clear understanding of ordering process of tissue products from tissue partners/ppObtain clear understanding of ordering and return process for loaner sets from Arthrex/ppObjective #4: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities/ppAttend requisite training and development programs offered by Arthrex/Invictus Surgical/ppParticipate in ongoing performance refinement activities/ppRequirements Qualifications/ppEducation: Bachelors Degree preferred/ppDrivers License: A valid drivers license is required for this position as traveling to various clinics, offices, and hospitals within the territory is an essential job function./ppBackground Check: Successful completion of a background check and credentialing process for hospital access./p/div
