The position is based in University Village in Seattle, WA./ppYour missions will be the following:/ppstrongEnsuring a Unique Customer Experience Within Your Appartement/strong/pulliMake the customer the priority of the Appartement;/liliGuarantee a personalized welcome to all our customers and optimal customer service;/liliShow proactivity, expertise, and passion;/liliDirect solutions for both Appartement and web (omnichannel approach);/liliUse the various Szane Octobre communication channels to develop your product knowledge;/liliShare your product knowledge and sales techniques with educational skills to both customers and team members;/liliProvide recommendations and constructive suggestions to Managers based on your knowledge, customer needs, your expertise, and team insights;/liliEnsure quality concierge service by following the relevant procedures./li/ulpstrongBeing The Managers Ambassador/strong/pulliHave a comprehensive view of the floor to ensure an optimal customer experience;/liliBe available to all team members through your presence on the floor;/liliLead and empower teams on a daily basis;/liliCommunicate information necessary for business activities;/liliPromote cooperation within the team and between Managers;/liliCreate group cohesion and mutual support;/liliManage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment;/liliGenerate enthusiasm and passion through team activities, morning briefings, and information sharing;/liliTrain new team members;/liliEmbody your role as a frontline manager by sharing team members questions with the Managers./li/ulpstrongEnsuring The Brand Image/strong/pulliEnsure teams properly embody the brand (Dress code/Attitude);/liliMaintain the Appartements appearance;/liliParticipate in new collection implementation and training;/liliEnsure merchandising standards are maintained throughout the day;/liliFollow fashion trends and monitor competitors./li/ulpstrongEnsuring Operations And Efficiency/strong/pulliPlan and organize store activity (daily schedule);/liliMaster Szane policies, standards, and procedures;/liliApply and enforce operational processes, particularly point of sale management (opening and closing);/liliManage specific processes (returns, exchanges, order pick-ups);/liliTrain team members on point of sale use, related procedures, and best practices to offer the best Customer Experience;/liliEnsure the safety of people and property;/liliPrevent inventory shrinkage./li/ul/div
