divh2Lead Warehouse Technician/h2pOur client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Technician for their supply store in Anchorage, AK location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliKey point of contact for customers visiting our client Supply stores./liliHelping customers resolve parts or equipment issues and ensuring they receive high quality solutions quickly and accurately./liliThis hybrid position combines both Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate responsibilities./liliProvide customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction./liliPartner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products./liliUtilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel./liliUse Salesforce as needed (experience is helpful but not required)./liliProcess customer orders and handle inquiries, questions, or concerns related to Parts and Supply offerings./liliMaintain up to date knowledge of client products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a premier customer experience./liliInteract with customers both in person and over the phone./liliExecute quote and order management processes with accuracy, including entering quotes, invoices, and monitoring fulfillment./liliStock, organize, and maintain product inventory to support smooth showroom and warehouse operations./liliKeep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards./liliSupport warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliLift up to 50 lbs as required./liliHigh School Diploma or GED./liliExperience in inside sales, retail, or a related field./liliBackground in a fast paced, customer focused environment emphasizing customer service, continuous improvement, merchandising, organization, and safety./liliProven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations./li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
