Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for a client in the Englewood, CO area! The Sales Representative will help protect homes and businesses while making a meaningful impact in the community. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Salary: $65,000 base annually, with total earning potential of up to $200,000 per year through commissions. Location: Englewood, CO 80112

What You'll Do As a Sales Representative you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to project completion. You'll serve as both consultant and relationship manager, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and peace of mind.

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site assessments and design tailored security solutions for residential and commercial clients
  • Present proposals and educate clients on product and service options
  • Oversee the entire customer experiencefrom initial consultation through installation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure long-term client relationships
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for safety, integrity, and exceptional service

Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) Willingness to undergo background and drug screenings (safety-sensitive role) Comfortable working in both residential and commercial settings
