divh2Job Opportunity/h2pPlease note that we are open to start dates throughout the spring, and into August 10th 2026!/ph3Job Summary/h3pAs a member of the CI (Commercial and Industrial) Sales team, Regional Sales Associates are responsible for driving new business opportunities by prospecting, educating customers, and managing the entire sales process. You will work alongside positive, supportive team members to achieve team goals, and learn from our Regional Sales Managers by collaborating on large business deals all with the objective to transition to the Regional Sales Manager position/ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliGenerate new business through outbound sales channels. Work directly with customers through the entire sales process to offer customized energy solutions./liliDeploy value-based selling approach by providing exceptional experiences through professional verbal and written communications. Focus on educating and building long term relationships with customers, no high-pressure sales./liliPlan and execute in-person sales meetings with prospective customers./liliWork with market aligned Regional Sales Managers to learn Outside Sales processes, generate leads, and close sales opportunities for large CI customers./liliUse CRM and other tools to follow established business processes, maintain customer information, and ensure quality of the sale./liliMeet and exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and goals./liliWork in a fast-paced environment with the need to multi-task and adapt quickly./liliOther duties and responsibilities as assigned./li/ulh3Required Skills/h3ulliBasic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer and CRM tools./liliSelf-motivated with a persuasive and enthusiastic client-centric focus./liliNegotiation and closing skills with a focus on education./liliEffectively communicate complex information and adapting it to the end user./liliProfessional level verbal and written communication skills./liliStrong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity./liliOperate effectively in a high energy, fast paced team environment./liliDrive for personal and professional growth and development./li/ulh3Minimum Education and Experience/h3ulliBachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred./liliCustomer service and sales experience a plus./liliParticipation/Membership in professional selling or other related organization a plus./li/ulpWork Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position./ppSalary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00/pp*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included./ppThis role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission.
