What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B dealers and integrators Drive repeat business and reorders through proactive engagement Respond to inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities and orders Identify opportunities to expand dealer activity Partner with Regional Sales Managers on larger opportunities Support quoting, follow-ups, and pipeline management in Pipedrive Maintain communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings Connect end users with qualified dealers Maintain accurate CRM data Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams What Success Looks Like Strong dealer engagement and responsiveness Consistent repeat orders and revenue growth Reduced inactivity across dealers Well-managed pipeline Positive partner feedback Qualifications
What You Bring 15 years in inside sales, account management, or similar Experience in B2B environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and proactive approach CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar) Bonus Experience in security, surveillance, or tech industry Exposure to hardware-based products Familiarity with Pipedrive, MS Office, Google Workspace Who You Are Relationship-oriented and commercially aware Proactive and responsive Organized and detail-oriented Motivated to grow Additional Information
