EMSAR's portfolio of services includes: On-site technical field support, including maintenance & repair FDA field change orders ("recalls") Bench repair and remanufacturing Installation Call center Contract manufacturing and logistics FDA compliance and validation Project management Training and education The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for EMSAR's product line and solely responsible for sales of these products. Your primary responsibility will be to support and grow business in order to achieve or exceed sales revenue targets. You will be responsible for demand generation, and developing select accounts by building relationships, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. You will work side by side with an experienced Account Executive for approximately 12-18 months. If performance qualifications are met, then you may be offered an Account Executive role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting current initiatives Provide service of existing accounts which may include customer follow-up Assist Account Executive in achieving revenue growth and attainment of quota. Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures Demand generation for Account Executive Set up and attend weekly customer meetings with assigned Account Executive Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required Preferred 0-2 years of outside sales experience, business to business sales experience, any healthcare experience or background. Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills. Confidence to communicate with established key decision makers Strong negotiation and selling skills. Highly competitive with a strong track record of success Preferred Traits: Energetic and confident with a customer-first mindset Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 30-40% travel will be required Ability to conduct in-person and virtual presentations Manual dexterity for computer use Occasional overtime may be necessary
