Accountabilities
Understand complex data structures and relationships across multiple sources.
Build and maintain SQL data models and views for reporting and analytics.
Identify opportunities for improvement in data sourcing and transformation.
Develop scalable Power BI dashboards with clear storylines.
Create and manage automated reporting and data delivery routines.
Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and collaborate for resolution.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all reported data.
Support ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and special projects.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Hands‑on experience with exploratory data analysis.
Advanced skills in data visualization, preferably with Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with programming in Python, R, and Excel, including macros.
Knowledge of ETL tools like KNIME or Alteryx is a plus.
Strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and recommend solutions.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
