Design Coordinator
to support cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced design and drafting environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys keeping projects moving efficiently, and has a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track multiple design-related projects from initiation through completion Monitor schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and workflow execution Identify project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and proactively implement solutions Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates Help maintain consistency with design processes, workflows, and industry standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Power Apps Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Visio is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to ownership and execution Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, or a related field preferred 2–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally within a design, drafting, or creative services environment PMP certification is a plus but not required Success in this role will be measured by: Timely completion of projects and deliverables Effective budget and resource coordination Positive stakeholder and client feedback Reduction in project delays through proactive issue resolution If you’re interested in learning more, apply today!
