About

Open to Peoria, IL and Dallas, TX as well Position’s Contributions to Work Group : - Operations & support work including customer and internally reported issues; ongoing monitoring & observability work, and support of dealer and customer-facing business tools; team project management within the Azure DevOps tool Typical task breakdown: - Working escalated tickets from level 1 teams, including via customers - Join staff meetings, assist with organization and reporting, road blocks and issues with issues. - Working with technical leads, management, and project managers via meetings and emails to unblock and resolve difficult user stories and features related to support onboarding processes - Support onboarding process Interaction with team : - Total on team is 5-6 leaders and across the organization of 35 team members. - Could work with some outside the US (Eastern Europe and India), but primarily working with US based team members. Work environment : Chicago, Peoria or Dallas Client Hubs (will need to go into office when asked) Education & Experience Required: -
Bachelors Degree or Masters degree with 2- 4 years experience -
NO degree, they must have 4 years experience in this capacity or relevant experience.
Technical Skills (Required) - Project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira/Confluence - AWS tools including CloudWatch and Lambda services - Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce - Heavy experience in Power point ( building presentations) - Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, etc.) (Desired) - Scrum/Agile practices. Soft Skills (Required) - Project planning and ability to facilitate escalations to management as needed - Comfortable working with leadership teams. Strong written and oral communication skills**** ( this will be a BIG detail that - the WD will be paying attention to during the interview )
