About

Highly Operational Role Focused on Active Prospecting

Role highly operational focused on active (outbound) prospecting for generating sales pipeline. The main objective is to identify, contact, and schedule meetings with decision-makers (C-Level) in B2B companies in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect B2B companies in LATAM and identify decision-makers (CEO, CMO, Head of Sales)
  • Execute contact strategies through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule qualified commercial meetings for the sales team
  • Register and manage activity rigorously in HubSpot CRM
  • Research accounts to personalize messages and improve conversion rates
  • Meet prospecting KPIs: ~500 weekly activities (minimum 150 calls) and 20 qualified meetings per month
Requirements
  • Education in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or related fields
  • Previous experience in prospecting, B2B sales, or SDR roles
  • Handling of HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn it quickly
  • Experience with digital prospecting tools
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and pipeline
