with the ultimate goal of setting up qualified meetings for the sales team which ensures a steady pipeline of new business opportunities./ppWere looking for Sales Development Representatives who are ready to get top notch business, sales, and customer relationship experience. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial points of contact with prospective and or current customers. We have openings across multiple product lines. As a Sales Development Representative youll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base./ppThis Program will be a 120-day internship, a total of four months or 16 weeks, during which the Intern will be trained on the core competencies and responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative at Cvent./ppUpon successful completion of the program, Interns will have a good understanding of:/pulliProduct Knowledge:/liulliIn-depth understanding of Cvents products or services, how they work, and their value propositions/liliAbility to explain product features and benefits effectively to potential customers/li/ulliSales Techniques:/liulliFamiliarity with different sales skills including qualification and objection handling/liliUnderstanding of lead generation, prospecting, and multi-channel outreach techniques (phone, email, social media)./li/ulliCRM Software Proficiency:/liulliHands-on experience with CRM, Sales Engagement, and Sales Prospecting technologies/li/ul/ulpThis role will start in March 2025./ppIn This Role, You Will:/pulliServe as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers/liliLead identification and qualification/liliPartner with Senior Sales Team to achieve new business quotas/liliAttend industry events to meet with prospective customers/liliDrive traffic to Cvent seminars and online demonstrations/liliProvide feedback for product enhancements/li/ulpHeres What You Need:/pulliU.S. Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force)/liliCommand approval to participate in this internship/liliHigh school diploma or state-recognized GED required/liliExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)/liliStrong sense of initiative and personal leadership/liliAbility to work within a team to achieve goals/liliStrong business acumen, ethics and high integrity/liliExcel at developing relationships over the phone/liliAbility to handle high outbound call volume (50-60 calls/day) with correspondingly high talk time/liliMust be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment/li/ulpService / Rating / Job Title/pulliARMY
