As a Sales Development Representative at Boostly, you'll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners seeking to revolutionize their customer engagement. You'll identify, qualify, and nurture prospects while building the foundation for our explosive growth. This is the perfect role for someone eager to break into SaaS sales while developing sales skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You'll Do: Generate restaurant leads through strategic outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social selling to restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers Master qualification that identifies pain points around customer retention, marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth Drive pipeline growth by consistently booking qualified meetings per month for Account Executives while maintaining detailed opportunity tracking Must-Haves:
0-2 years of experience in any sales, customer service, or business development role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email Strong work ethic and competitive drive with a desire to exceed targets and grow professionally Coachable mindset with eagerness to learn sales techniques, restaurant industry knowledge, and product expertise Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, or food service industry Background with SMS marketing, customer engagement platforms, or marketing automation Previous internship or experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales engagement platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong work ethic and results orientation Why You'll Love Working at Boostly
