The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store while assisting in team supervision. In this role, you'll lead a group of associates, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer and donor experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
  • Lead by example by providing outstanding customer and donor service
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
  • Coach employees on performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Help drive productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure store procedures, safety standards, and company policies are followed
  • Assist with loss prevention, safety checks, and store organization
  • Use basic reporting and performance data to support store goals

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
