We are seeking a skilled Field Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in routing, switching, troubleshooting, and network cabling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls. Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues. Handle structured cabling, patching, rack-and-stack activities, and cable management. Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure network availability. Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols. Perform hardware upgrades, device replacements, and network maintenance activities. Work with cross-functional teams to support network deployments and migrations. Monitor network performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide onsite field support for branch offices, data centers, and client locations. Required Skills Strong experience in: Routing & Switching Network Troubleshooting Structured Cabling LAN/WAN Support TCP/IP Networking Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers. Knowledge of VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and subnetting. Experience with cable testing and labeling standards. Familiarity with wireless networking and firewall concepts. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/network issues independently. Good communication and documentation skills.
