Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Life Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, assisting with treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training for senior residents. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
