Patient Population: Adult Vascular Patients
Setting: Hospital and Clinic
Responsibilities: Open and endovascular procedures, vascular disease management, clinic and procedural coverage, program development
Required Procedures: Open vascular surgery, endovascular procedures, aneurysm repair, limb salvage, dialysis access procedures
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: APP, PRN Vascular Surgeon, Multidisciplinary Clinical Team
Days Per Month: Full-Time
On-Call/Weekends: 10 night/weekend call shifts per month
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Required
- Ohio License (or willing to obtain) Required
- DEA (prior to start) Required
- Clean Malpractice and License History Required
