About

Pillar is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join their product engineering team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership from shaping the roadmap to shipping features in a zero-PM environment. This position is critical as Pillar expands its risk management platform. Your responsibilities will include owning core product features, building high-performance UIs, developing backend APIs, and directly collaborating with the CTO and design team.
