As a result, a brand-new Group Financial Controller role has been created. Reporting to one of the smartest CFOs in the business, you will be mentored by the best, while mentoring and developing the existing finance team of three. Based in the heart of Dublin 2, due to the rapidly expanding nature of the firm, the role requires someone to be onsite. Responsibilities Lead financial reporting monthly reporting packs, Forecasting & budgeting Manage & develop team members Be main point of contact for relevant external & internal stakeholders Oversee year-end audit Drive process improvement, using automation when possible, Unique to this GFC role will be the post-acquisition integration work both North & South of the boarder. Experience in this area will be a distinct advantage Requirements Qualified accountant with several years PQE experience Sound knowledge of all Microsoft tools including Power BI Experience of working across the 32 counties of Ireland essential Excellent communication skills as there will be a lot of post-acquisition integration work, clear communication will be essential Remuneration Base up to €90,000 plus bonus & benefits Contact Rachel Tubridy on or email PeopleSource is a finance and accounting recruitment firm.
