Agile/Scrum environment
to support project delivery Gather, analyze, and document
business requirements and use cases Translate business needs into clear
functional specifications Create and maintain
process flow documents and process mapping Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment Support
end-to-end requirement lifecycle
from discovery to delivery Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation Assist in
UAT planning and execution Required Skills: Strong understanding of
Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) Experience in
requirements gathering and use case documentation Hands-on experience in
process documentation and process mapping Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to bridge gap between business and technical teams Nice to Have: Experience with Jira / Confluence Knowledge of SDLC and Agile ceremonies Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
