This role entails the design, governance, and enhancement of a data mart that leverages Microsoft SQL Server and integrates with Tableau.
The position requires maintaining scalable data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks to merge information from various systems into a centralized analytics platform, thereby supporting tasks such as fundraising and engagement operations.
The director will also oversee the integrity of data standards and ensure performance optimization across executive and operational reporting.
The individual in this role will handle prioritization and coordination of analytics initiatives, providing advanced analytical outputs, such as dashboards and predictive models, to assist strategic planning and resource distribution.
The director will collaborate with other key leadership in the advancement team to review and upgrade existing data structures and devise future reporting solutions.
Essential tasks involve developing analytical models for prospect and donor analysis, ensuring data governance, and fostering self-service analytics capabilities.
