Preference is supporting the Banking industry accounts. Our client is a leading professional services and staffing organization known for delivering high-impact talent solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. They are recognized for their consultative approach, strong client partnerships, and commitment to long-term account growth. We're hiring for a Client Development Executive to drive strategic business development, expand key accounts, and build executive-level relationships across client organizations.
What you will do:
- Own and execute strategic growth plans across assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
- Identify enterprise-wide opportunities and align solutions to business priorities
- Drive complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across organizations
- Lead executive-level conversations and position strategic partnerships
- Mentor and guide junior sales professionals on deal strategy and engagement
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Support solution design, proposals, and deal structuring
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in IT staffing or professional services sales
- Strong background in strategic account management and enterprise sales
- Experience engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director)
- Demonstrated success selling complex, large-scale solutions
- Ability to mentor and develop junior sales talent
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication across technical and business audiences

- Required education, training, experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in staffing industry (IT staffing required)
