The Team Lead is an essential member of our fulfillment center operations. Team Leaders consistently demonstrate strong personal productivity, exemplary attendance, and frontline leadership.
This role is centered on both performance and people driving operational productivity while motivating and guiding team members to achieve or exceed goals. By modeling best practices, maintaining reliability, and providing enthusiastic coaching, the Team Lead directly contributes to the overall success of the fulfillment center.
As a vital "boots-on-the-ground" liaison, the Team Lead implements the Production Supervisors plan and coordinates with other departments, ensuring consistent results. This entry-level leadership position is designed to develop motivated, ambitious individuals ("go-getters") for greater responsibility and career growth within our fast-growing company.

Full-time: Non-exempt Day Shift
Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor
Essential Functions of the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently achieves and maintains a high level of personal productivity, exceeding company standards, while enabling and inspiring team members to do the same by:
- Leading and engaging "huddle meeting" at the start of every shift
- Recognizing and celebrating outstanding team performance
- Coaching performance and offering constructive feedback
- Adapting communication and leadership styles to motivate and encourage others
- Communicating daily production goals and monitoring progress throughout the shift
- Welcoming new team members and coordinating training activities in partnership with production supervisors
- Serving as a resource for product placement and information
- Monitoring shift attendance and reporting updates to the shift supervisor
- Promptly reporting accidents, near misses, and safety concerns
- Coordinating team break schedules
- Continuously improving operations by identifying and removing obstacles to success
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Introductory experience in a Team Lead role in a fulfillment center environment
- Strong understanding of fulfillment center operations and productivity metrics
- Results-driven, competitive by nature, and motivated by team success.
- High energy both physical and mental
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability for shift performance
- Team-oriented, values diversity, and applies principles of situational leadership
- Quick learner who embraces change and helps others adapt
- Strong oral communication and active listening skills, with an ability to clarify for understanding
- Ability to read, understand, and write clear instructions
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends or shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility; regularly utilizes depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Requires standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to navigate stairs
Working Conditions
Requires working in an open fulfillment center environment with possibility of periods with extreme temperatures.
