Earn $1,000 when you refer a new team member to one of our 180+ partner hospitals across the country./li/ulpSalary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, determined by the candidates skills, experience, and qualifications./ppSchedule: Nights -7PM-7AM- Rotational days/ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAssist veterinarians and vet techs during examinations, treatments, and surgeries/liliHandle and restrain animals safely and compassionately/liliPrepare examination rooms and surgical areas by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfaces/liliPerform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting blood, urine, and stool samples/liliAdminister medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a veterinarian/liliFeed, bathe, and exercise animals as needed/liliMaintain accurate medical records/liliCommunicate with pet owners about their pets care, treatment plans, and follow-up visits/liliClean and maintain the clinic, including stocking supplies and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment/li/ulpQualifications/pulliPrevious experience working with animals in a veterinary setting is required./liliTechnical know-how in areas such as disinfection, administering medication, and using diagnostic equipment./liliPhysical ability to handle animals safely and compassionately./li/ulpAbout Calusa Veterinary Center/ppWe are focused on bridging the gap between the human healthcare system and the companion healthcare system by empowering our staff to engage in compassion, education, advancements in technology and critical care by constantly aspiring to achieve the best level of pet care possible./p/div
