About

Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain IT equipment schedules (network, AV, telephony, Wi-Fi systems)
Develop rack/cabinet layouts (rack elevations, patching layouts, space planning)
Review and cross-check IT drawings and cabling layouts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements
Maintain document control, revisions, and version tracking
Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation
Support project managers with clear and structured deliverables
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2+ years experience in IT documentation, coordination, or similar role
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (high-level only)
Understanding of rack/cabinet layouts and structured cabling concepts
Experience with equipment scheduling and documentation processes
Proficiency in basic Excel (for equipment schedules)
Familiarity with documentation or diagramming tools (Visio or similar is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to review and interpret technical drawings (no configuration required)
Good written and verbal communication skills
