Key Responsibilities
Accurately input a variety of data types, including numerical, textual, and financial information, into designated databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
Assist with data cleaning and validation projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as required by team leads or management.
Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related queries.
Continuously improve data entry processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 40-50 WPM with high accuracy).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
A Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline is a plus, but not mandatory.
Prior experience with data entry software or CRM systems is advantageous, but not required.
