This Data Analyst position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative Business Intelligence team, delivering meaningful reporting, insights, and data analysis to support evidence-led decision making across the organisation. The role offers hybrid working based from Endeavour House. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering management information, dashboards, and performance reports, while working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and improve reporting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and supporting operational improvements through insight and analysis. We’d love to hear from anyone with experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Performance Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, or someone with strong analytical and reporting experience within housing, public sector, or customer-focused environments.
