About Artisight
Artisight transforms hospital operations with its Smart Hospital Platform, helping health systems reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care. Guided by deep clinical expertise and powered by NVIDIA GPUs, Artisight's voice-activated sensors and computer vision technology enable real-time observation, virtual nursing, and automated documentation directly in the EHR. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing workflows to reduce staff burden, accelerate patient throughput, and improve safety. More than 400 hospitals across 30 health systems trust Artisight to deliver measurable results, including cutting patient falls by over 50%, reducing nurse turnover, and saving millions annually. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, you will take a strategic lead in overseeing the implementation process throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of Artisight's solutions into clients' environments, while also providing high-level guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with both internal and external teams. You will manage implementation projects, resolve complex technical challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
This is a client-facing implementation role, not a DevOps or SRE position.
You will spend significant time working directly with clients on-site and remotely, leading technical implementations, conducting demonstrations, and providing hands‑on support throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is remote with up to 40% travel and requires U.S. work authorization. What you'll do
Lead the gathering, analysis, and specification of technical requirements with clients to ensure successful implementation. Take ownership of implementation projects, providing end-to-end technical leadership and support from initiation to completion. Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, including DevOps, Service Desk, and engineering teams, to ensure smooth implementation and transition to production. Provide advanced troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical support during implementation and post‑sale phases. Mentor and support junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring quality standards in the implementation process. Ensure a successful handoff to the client's operational teams, ensuring smooth go‑live and continued system performance. Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients, resellers, and internal teams. Work proactively with cross‑functional teams to anticipate potential risks and issues, and take ownership of mitigation strategies. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Artisight's product features, capabilities, and technical roadmaps, and proactively integrate this knowledge into the implementation process. Travel to client sites as needed for technical support, implementation, and training purposes. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, setting realistic expectations, tracking progress, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. Who you are
3-5 years of enterprise IT experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, client‑facing, technical implementations. Expertise in Linux, web applications, and cloud environments. Experience in Healthcare IT or working in highly regulated industries. Experience with Python scripting or similar automation tools. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. Proven leadership experience in managing implementation workflows and technical solutions, particularly in an enterprise setting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Excellent customer management and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on long‑term client success. Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Self‑driven with the ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in a collaborative, results‑oriented manner. Extensive knowledge of server, network, and storage systems, both on‑premises and in public cloud environments. Hands‑on experience in managing go‑live support and post‑implementation client assistance. Experience managing and mitigating risks, with a strong focus on effective problem‑solving and issue resolution. Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands from internal and external stakeholders. Nice to haves
Public Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to refine processes and tools for scalable implementations. Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation. Why You'll Enjoy This Role
Impact: Direct ownership of client outcomes in high‑stakes healthcare environments. Growth: Exposure to both deep technical leadership and executive stakeholder management, with a path toward shaping implementation strategy at scale. Team: DevOps, Service Desk, and Engineering internally, client IT leaders and resellers externally. Equal Opportunity Employer
