This role is ideal for a mid-level account person with excellent organizational skills, or a senior-level project manager who enjoys interacting directly with clients. This individual will have an entrepreneurial drive, thrive in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate attention to detail across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the execution of multichannel campaigns across healthcare professional and consumer audiences Partner with our team to build client scopes, project briefs and oversee the delivery of tactics as specified to drive completion of day-to-day client tasks Work closely across functions to deliver projects that are aligned with our clients’ business objectives, timelines, and budget Oversee the client MLR/PRC submission process, ensuring materials are submission‑ready, timelines are met, and feedback is efficiently incorporated Lead and support client status and project calls collaborating with clients and internal team members Ensure the work delivered is aligned to client‑approved briefs and executed with excellence Maintain and oversee client calendars, scheduling reviews, deliverables, and feedback loops Manage internal client routing systems and reviews—ensuring team members provide timely input and revisions with minimal bottlenecks Capture and provide clear, actionable client feedback and direction for FLEX multidisciplinary teams Monitor project health and raise flags early when timelines, budgets, or quality are at risk Actively champion and integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into our operations Partner closely with internal teams to activate work that meets business goals while reflecting our FLEX standards and model of adaptability and efficiency What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field 5-7+ years of experience in a healthcare advertising or marketing agency Proven experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device brands, including campaign development and execution Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously—balancing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality Experience leading projects through MLR/regulatory review processes, including revisions and approvals Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear strategic guidance Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with comfort translating client feedback into actionable direction Experience leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams (strategy, creative, media, analytics, etc.) to deliver integrated work High level of organization and attention to detail; able to anticipate risks and course‑correct proactively Comfort working in a fully remote environment, using project management and collaboration tools to keep teams aligned Financial acumen, including experience tracking budgets, monitoring burn, and flagging scope or resourcing issues early Curiosity and adaptability, with interest in emerging technologies and AI‑enabled workflows to improve efficiency and output Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in oncology Product launch expertise Prior experience in a fast‑growing or entrepreneurial agency environment Familiarity with common agency project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday) Seniority level
