A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading retail and FMCG organisation as a Senior FP&A Analyst. Working closely with senior finance and commercial stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering strategic insight, supporting business planning, and driving performance across the organisation. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with 5+ years' PQE who is looking to take on a highly visible and commercially focused position within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the 3-Year Plan, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide strategic analysis on key commercial drivers across the business. Deliver timely, detailed, and meaningful insights to support decision-making. Identify and support improvements across budgeting and forecasting processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness. Provide analytical and decision support to senior finance leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams on commercial and strategic projects, adding value through analysis and insight. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate financial performance clearly and effectively. About You Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). 5+ years' experience in a senior finance, commercial finance, or analytical role. Strong experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and make decisions effectively. Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation capability. Retail or FMCG industry experience is advantageous.
