In addition to project oversight, the Design Supervisor is expected to uphold workflow standards, collaborate with management on process improvements, and actively drive innovation within drafting procedures. This role is key to maintaining quality control and resolving any issues related to drafting or project execution. Duties include: Supervises and supports Design Department team members on a daily basis. Assists with project assignment, workload balancing, prioritization, and deadline management. Functions as a main point of contact for team questions, project concerns, and escalations. Reviews project information and design work for accuracy, completeness, and process alignment. Supports onboarding, training, coaching, and continued development of team members. Reinforces documented department standards, expectations, and design processes. Communicates project delays, workload concerns, process gaps, and resource needs to the Design Manager. Works collaboratively with Sales, Drafting, Construction Review, Project Management, Engineering, and other departments as needed. Uses department systems and KPI data to monitor project progress, team performance, and improvement opportunities. Supports Audio Enhancement's mission, values, department goals, and continued process improvement. Assist with one-on-one meetings Requirements: Previous experience in Design, Sales Engineering, Construction Review, Drafting, or a related role. Strong understanding of Audio Enhancement design processes, project flow, products, and department expectations. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, support, or mentor team members. Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, workload changes, and project escalations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and process discipline. Ability to provide timely feedback, support accountability, and have constructive conversations when needed. Professional in character, punctual, reliable, honest, flexible, and accountable.
