About

Horizon3.ai is a fast‑growing, fully remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship NodeZero™ platform delivers autonomous production‑safe pentests and key assessment operations that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to own and scale the systems, data, and processes that power our go‑to‑market engine. The role requires turning complex, cross‑functional problems into simple, repeatable systems and processes that drive measurable impact.
Lead a high‑performing team of systems, data, and process specialists
Set clear priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
Collaborate closely with RevOps, IT, Finance, and GTM leadership
Own the CRM and broader GTM systems ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel)
Establish governance to maintain data integrity and prevent system sprawl
Define and manage core data models across systems and analytics
Ensure high data quality through standards, monitoring, and remediation
Design and scale end‑to‑end GTM processes (lead‑to‑cash, customer lifecycle, partner motions)
Define clear stages, SLAs, and handoffs across teams
Align stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Operations on roadmap and trade‑offs
Lead rollout of systems and process changes (communication, training, documentation)
Partner with Enablement to drive adoption and consistent execution
Qualifications
8+ years in RevOps, Operations, or Business Systems in high‑growth B2B SaaS
4+ years leading teams and cross‑functional initiatives
Deep, hands‑on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools
Proven track record designing and scaling cross‑functional processes
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data models, reporting, and diagnostics
Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
Travel Fully remote; may require up to 20% travel.
Compensation and Values We believe our people are our greatest asset. Our compensation philosophy is fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring every team member is recognized and rewarded equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
Base salary range: $210,000 – $240,000 annually (subject to location, qualifications, and experience)
All full‑time roles receive an equity package in the form of stock options
Benefits
Inclusive team culture valuing diversity and equity
Growth opportunities with numerous career development paths
Innovative, collaborative work environment encouraging creativity
Hybrid & remote work models with optional in‑office presence in Chicago
Competitive salary, equity, health, vision, dental insurance, flexible vacation policy, and generous parental leave
You Belong Here Horizon3 is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences and encourage qualified individuals to apply.
