We are looking for a Mid-Level Android Developer to join our dynamic mobile development team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications with a focus on modern tools like Jetpack Compose . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance Android apps. This is a great opportunity for a developer who is passionate about Android and looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Android App Development : Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using
Kotlin
and/or
Java , with a focus on modern UI development using
Jetpack Compose . Feature Development : Own the development of key features from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business and user requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to build seamless and consistent app features. UI/UX Implementation : Implement complex UI components using
Jetpack Compose
and ensure smooth, responsive user interfaces following Material Design guidelines. Testing & Debugging : Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth app operation across various devices. Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest Android development trends and tools, particularly advancements in
Jetpack Compose
and other Android libraries. Google Play Store : Assist in the deployment and management of apps on the Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with Google’s guidelines. Qualifications:
Android Development : 2-4 years of hands-on experience in developing Android applications using
Kotlin
and/or
Java . Jetpack Compose : Proficiency in building modern UI components using
Jetpack Compose
along with traditional Android UI frameworks. UI/UX Expertise : Strong understanding of
Material Design
principles and experience in creating responsive, intuitive user interfaces. API Integration : Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries into Android applications. Version Control : Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems. Agile Development : Experience working within Agile environments using tools like Jira or Trello for task management.
