About
Key Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day project management – track and execute daily tasks to keep development timelines on schedule.
Cross‑functional coordination – act as a liaison between packaging, regulatory, design, and product development teams to maintain alignment.
Internal & external liaison – connect internal teams with suppliers, manufacturers, fragrance houses, and agencies.
Creative brand support – provide hands‑on creative and organizational support to brand teams throughout the product development process.
Supplier & factory coordination – work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure products are developed according to specifications and agreed timelines.
Formula & sample support – assist with new formula development, manage sample reviews, collect feedback, and coordinate revisions.
Project documentation – maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of product development stages, timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Logistics & shipments – coordinate sample shipments, tracking, and follow‑ups across multiple suppliers and regions.
Quotations & timelines – request and organize quotations, manage comparisons, and support timeline planning.
AI‑supported execution – use AI tools to assist with drafting, documentation, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or a related field, preferably within beauty or fragrance.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
High attention to detail and follow‑through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams is a plus.
Details Location: Remote (Company office based in Brooklyn, NY) Compensation: $20‑$38 per hour, depending on experience with high room for growth
