About
Inspect and process daily customer product returns (RMAs) Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient returns process for both the company and customers Data entry of orders and inventory counts Responsible for RMA inventory transfers Maintains accurate records and assists in inventory control Moves, stores, and handles materials in production facility Ensures accurate FIFO when stocking and transferring Inspects products to ensure AQL Quality Standards Warehouse restocking Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place Communicate with sales channels to ensure final resolution for RMA's
Requirements
Experience in operating forklifts (forklift certified and/or willing to become certified) Strong computer, writing and verbal communication skills required ERP experience a plus Must be able to work with minimal supervision Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Basic math and data entry abilities Excellent organizational skills Great communication and interpersonal abilities Material handling required
Wage : $18.00 - $20.50, DOE Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, M-F.
