About
The role involves engaging with clients and stakeholders, working in cross‑functional teams to understand business drivers, assess complex client environments, and design reliable, scalable, efficient, and cost‑effective strategies & solutions using cloud services and industry best practices.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Engage with client executive and technical stakeholders to design and build scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions.
Develop comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives, considering scalability, performance, security, efficiency, and cost.
Provide expert level client collateral including architectural drawings, design specifications, implementation guides, documentation, and operational procedures.
Lead technical teams in the development and deployment of cloud solutions, providing guidance and resolving complex technical challenges.
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards, including data protection, encryption, access control, and regulatory requirements.
Implement cost‑effective strategies to maximize return‑on‑investment for clients.
Lead efforts to capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the cloud solution architect community.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for efficiency.
Lead engagement teams, delegate responsibilities, and mentor consultants.
Work within the sales process to lead technical whiteboards, scope projects, create sales collateral, and present to C‑Level executives.
Write and present statements of work, and maintain project timelines and scopes.
Review technical documentation and sales collateral for accuracy.
Identify new engagement opportunities during existing client engagements and convey needs to account executives and practice leadership.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding requirements and conveying technical information clearly.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Purview)
Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio
Experience with complex, multi‑workstream migrations to and from M365
PowerShell automation (preferably PnP)
Expertise in designing SharePoint and web‑based content solutions, including UI/UX design and information architecture
Building solutions that integrate Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft Graph, and Copilot Studio
Experience developing solutions with Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse)
Evaluating and re‑engineering business processes to improve efficiency and workflow automation
Five or more years in consulting with enterprise clients
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (desired)
Experience with migration tools (DryvIQ, AvePoint Fly, ShareGate, BitTitan, Dataverse, SharePoint Development Framework, Microsoft Syntex/SharePoint Premium)
