About
Today, B2B partners (fleets, merchants, corporate clients, etc.) are managed across independent lines of business. This role will lead the discovery, design, and implementation planning of a cross-LOB strategy and operating model that improves partner experience, reduces duplication, and unlocks long-term growth.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Own
Diagnose current-state B2B strategy, segmentation, and workflows
Quantify risks and opportunities across revenue, efficiency, and partner experience
Design a shared B2B segmentation model aligned to LTV and strategic value
Define clear rules of engagement across Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance
Deliver executive-ready operating model recommendations
Support decision-making and change management planning
What We’re Looking For
Deep B2B commercial strategy experience (enterprise GTM, cross-product selling)
Experience in operating model and org design
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker who can zoom out and dive deep when needed
