About
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with data center project experience to join our fast growing team! Role is considered remote, but this position requires approximately 25% travel to project site locations. Typically this will be monthly visits and major milestones. Assume 2-3 days every other or every third week Responsibilities
Assist in the development and management of various projects and their strategic plans Act as engineering design Project Manager with primary responsibility for all phases of multiple projects Coordinate all design related activities necessary to meet the goals and needs of the client. Manage overall design execution through construction administration Develop and mature duplicatable processes toward labor efficiency Collaborate with the Architect, Contractor, Data Center Operations and other project team members to meet the project design objectives. Contribute to business processes related to design contracts. Manage overall project budget and schedule. Report to project team and client on a regular basis. Lead proposal review, leveling and analysis and present to the client. Qualifications
BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a closely related field. 5+ years of design engineering project management experience in the data center market projects is required. 5+ years of design engineering experience, in addition to project management experience. Proficiency in ACC, Procore, or similar technology is preferred. Firm knowledge and understanding of all phases of work from architectural/engineering construction drawings and specifications, through construction and through commissioning. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as business presentation skills. The ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff across organizational lines, including other client business units. Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. The essential functions of this position include regularly walking or standing for extended periods on active construction sites.
