Our client is launching a high-visibility, AI-driven Intelligence Program designed to document processes, eliminate duplication, and drive efficiency. This program is serving diverse business units that have historically operated with high levels of customization. We need a seasoned veteran to lead transformation initiatives that enhance user experience and operations before handing off to development teams. Key Responsibilities
Workshop Facilitation & Leadership:
You will be the "mature voice in the room." You must be a disciplined meeting leader with the political tact to keep strong personalities on track and prevent discovery sessions from stalling. End-to-End Modeling:
Initially focusing on
Tax and Financial Operations , you will eventually pivot to model complex
Construction and Engineering Estimating
processes. You will model processes and understand how different business units estimate projects and how those methods impact the bottom line. BPMN Standardization:
Maintain rigorous
BPMN 2.0
standards (consistent shapes, gateways, and add-ons). You will be part of a team maturing from basic Visio mapping toward high-governance, collaborative tooling. The "Housework" of Data:
Identify where "one bad entry" (like a project address) breaks the entire workflow or tax jurisdiction. You will focus on cleaning data paths to make them "AI-ready." Bridging the Gap:
Serve as the functional bridge between the business units and IT, ensuring that "go fast" operational cultures are supported by stable, automated financial backends. The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a
no-nonsense business mind
with
Executive Presence . You must be comfortable navigating a sensitive environment where morale may be impacted by the introduction of AI and automation. Technical & Professional Experience
Seasoned professional:
Ideally high-level finance process design experience (e.g., SAP FICO environments). Master Facilitator:
Proven ability to manage "chatty" stakeholders, mitigate dominant voices, and drive a group toward a finalized "To-Be" model. SAP Literacy (Preferred):
While not a hard requirement, the ability to speak "SAP Financials" (Order-to-Cash, Order-to-Pay, and T-Codes) will allow you to ask the right questions at the right time. Operational Maturity:
Ability to work autonomously over the phone/video, with the willingness to travel for intensive 2-day on-site workshops.
