Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data privacy class action lawsuits from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex data privacy issues.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
Advocate for clients in court, during negotiations, and through mediation.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
