About

Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Technical Sales, Business Development in industries and Govt sector in respective region.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Indian Market, and dealing with Industries.
Handling current key accounts and generate new accounts.
Team management along with individual contribution and team contribution to reach the target.
Co-ordinate with Internal sales / support team for timely proposals submission and follow up till conclusion.
Conducting techno commercial meeting or presentations with customers & order finalization.
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirement.
Preparing sales reports for head office and keeping customer records.
Experience in liaison with Govt departments for tenders business.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Based on requirements can hire / increase the sales team to reach the objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Preferred candidate profile
BE/ B. Tech (ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Environmental) / MBA.
Experience 7 to 10 years.
Having experience in industrial sales and having good connections will be added advantage.
Excellent presentation & Communication skills.
Selling to customer needs and requirement analysis.
Able to Travel extensively (Pan India) as business requirements.
Interest to interact with the fraternity of Instrumentation
